Andrew attended the awards ceremony on National Poetry Day, 8 October, at the Royal Festival Hall in London. He was selected by judges Liz Berry and Michael Symmons Roberts, two award-winning poets.
All the poems Andrew submitted were written during the residential Arvon poetry course which he attended with the College last year.
